I am having migraine issue.. I am taking half a pill of tryptomer 10 mg daily as prescribed by physician.. yesterday I didn't take the dose but drank a beer.. slept only for 4 hrs in the night.. today I had a headache..today  i forgot and as usual after dinner I took tryptomer 10 mg 1/2 pill.. it's almost 20 hrs over after drinking beer.. is it OK??

3 days ago, I was feeling feverish so I used the thermometer orally. Later, I got to know that it was used by a family member a few months ago to take underarm measurement. They had not disinfected it at that time. I'm feeling feverish everyday now since 4 days and have a cold along with swollen tonsils and neck pain. What do I do.

I am experiencing chest pain mostly left sided in the middle ribs part specially. When i touch a few areas on my ribs it feels mildly tender. I did all tests to rule out cardiac issues like ECG,echo and tmt all were normal. All blood tests reports are also normal. But the pain won't go away keeps coming back on and off. Pls help..
