Since last 2 weeks im having muscle ache in shoulder, arms, calfs. Im feeling tired throughout the day, also having heavy breathing. Apart from that im having acid reflux issues. Im unable to get what is happening exactly

Since some time I have been hearing sharp whistle like sound and also I can hear my heartbeat in my ears. But this is not constant it comes and goes. I don't know what causes this, why does this happen and how much it is dangerous? Please help me with it. I have been searching about this on Google and it shows 'Pulsatile tinnitus' and it seems a little dangerous. Please guide me  ( I don't want to completely trust on Google rather want to believe a doctor )

I got a sharp pain in the bone suddenly. I just had food and when I stand i for a feel of pain which is not there before. Is this anything serious. I feel little dizziness sometimes. Not sure why. Suggest how to reduce the pain/ do any checks needed.
