Sharp pain in lower abdomen
I am having sharp shooting pain in lower abdomen that comes and goes
I had ultrasound abdomen a month ago , that was normal
I have 4 mm kidney stone in right kidney as well
What could be the reason of this abdomen pain
Is it gastric ?

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from lower abdominal pain as sharp type.
Reason of lower abdomen pain - Any infection in the liver and gall bladder and
Any Stone in the kidney .
Any obstruction in the intestinal area as small bowel or large bowel due to gas or else waste products,
Celiac disease etc .
You should do USG of whole abdomen to know any structural abnormalities.

Dear patient,
You need to provide a detailed history to come to a conclusion. There are chances that it could be kidney stones though the previous Usg showed a small kidney stone . Or it could be due to a Urinary tract infection.
