Sharp pain in lower abdomen
I am having sharp shooting pain in lower abdomen that comes and goes I had ultrasound abdomen a month ago , that was normal I have 4 mm kidney stone in right kidney as well What could be the reason of this abdomen pain Is it gastric ?

Shooting pain is because of stone. Tale syrup gimatonsh. It will go away in 10 days

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from lower abdominal pain as sharp type. Reason of lower abdomen pain - Any infection in the liver and gall bladder and Any Stone in the kidney . Any obstruction in the intestinal area  as small bowel or large bowel due to gas or else waste products, Celiac disease  etc . You should do USG of whole abdomen to know any structural abnormalities.
Next Steps
Take treatments as follow as Cap Pantop DSR 1 time per day for 3 days before food. Tab Zerodol sp 2 time per day for 3 days after food for pain . Tab Taxim 200 mg 2 time per day for 3 days after food. Cap Multivitamin A to Z gold 2 time per day for 3 days after food.

Dear patient, You need to provide a detailed history to come to a conclusion. There are chances that it could be kidney stones though the previous Usg showed a small kidney stone . Or it could be due to a Urinary tract infection.
