I get   b12 deficiency very often
Hi, I have repeated episodes of vitamin b12 deficiency I take supplements for it then it is fine when I stopped  I start getting tingling in my hands and legs. On retest found my b12 is below 200 kindly suggest what I need to do. How long I have to be on supplements? Note: I was taking a supplement for last 3 months and stopped only one week back
