My platelet count is 448 but the report shows the normal range 150.00-410.00 My platelets are increased than normal, what is the reason and is it dangerous? Should I get it treated? Also, my thyroid is slightly raised 5.410 and the normal range is 0.550-4.780. The report is same for TSH as 6 months earlier. Please guide me regarding this two things.

My BP in morning after 30 minutes I wake is 125/80, I run for 35 minutes daily, after 5 minutes of 35 minutes I have checked my BP it is 130/80 Before leaving for office, it's is around 132/80 From last 2 days I am on field and driving 120 km daily and doing face 2 Face meetings When I came back home I checked my BP it was 141/88, 146/83, 141/85 I don't smoke, drink on weekends only Is this just work stress and everything is normal and I should not panic
