Regarding fever medicine
Sir/ma'am Patient aged 70 , diabetic is allergic to following medicine: Atracurium,Vacuronium,Rantac,Ciprofloxacin, Doxycyclin, Paracetamol,Ofloxacin,Sulpha. Kindly guide what medicine can he take in case of fever? Pls help

Never start antibiotics immediately in fever. It may cause resistance later on . Initially give only Paracetamol 650 mg sos and if not improving then consult a doctor for giving antibiotics as pt.age is 70 years
