Hi, This is for my father, he is a diabetic patient his fasting blood sugar level is 170 and after breakfast 240, he is currently using Triglynace 2 MG tablet once a day for Diabetics. His age is 52 years need advise on change of tablet and medication

I hope he is following a diet plan.. Ask him to do brisk walk for 20 minutes morning evening.. Keep him active.. excercise.. Monitor blood sugars for a week.. Take a proper consultation..
