If you are really scared you would have gone to a General Physician in your area.
With the weight of 80 kg, at the age of 53 years and fluctuating BP no one is going to wait to collect opinions. He/ she will be more interested in getting a proper treatment.
Monitor your blood pressure twice a day for 5 days preferably in the morning and evening. While recording the blood pressure ,measure the BP sitting upright with your legs uncrossed and the blood pressure cuff at the heart level.Take 3 readings 1 minute apart ,don't consider the first reading.Mean while diet modification, lifestyle modification , decreased salt intake, increased potassium intake exercise regularly for 30 minutes a day.If these measures are not able to lower the BP after few months , you may need pharmacological treatment.
Next Steps
get your blood investigation that includes CBC renal profile liver function tests and lipid profile glucose levels, thyroid function tests urine analysis , baseline ECG
Keep on monitoring your BP for 5 consecutive days, you'll be needing medication if BP is above 130/80. Also, use DASH diet, weight reduction also helps in providing apt control.
