My Vitamin D was 5.5 and Vitamin B12 was 152 four months back. I have been taking Uprise D3 60k tablet once a week and Methycobal 500 mcg two tablets(1000 mcg per day) for last 4 months. Vitamin D has increased to 30.3 and vitamin B12 has increased to 276. Question 1:  How much dose should I take now?Or should i stop both now? Question 2: Is there any side effect if i take these tablets for long time. I am also suffering with grave hyperthyroid and Atrial fibrillation for 26 months and on blood thinner, bp, thyroid tablets for 26 months.

Hi, I am 31 years with High BP. I take concor 5mg. Recently i am having constipation problem. Yesterday i didnt poop properly and today when i pooped, my stool was pencil thin. Second time also same. Third time it was little better. I didnt have any stomach pain or blood in stool. Can i take fibre supplement. If yes which one pls. Thanks in advance.

Actually small dust also causing cold and wheezing. Frequently it is effecting a lot. Especially Continues sneezing at night time. Servere cold and wheezing and dry throat. Suffering from sinus and allergies rhythics.
