Can able to describe the exact situation...but it feels like giddiness...its occuring when i wake from bed ...nodding head...and my eyes also feels like sore... yesterday i felt this with sudden vision getting black for 2 to 3 secs...but today i didn't have that..but this giddiness is continuing... sometimes it feels like ear arrest..but it is not arresting it feels like that...am in the state of continues giddines...its mild not sever...and it is mading me to fall or double vision and all...

Hi, Since 4-5 days I am having big mouth ulcers on the both cheeks it's white in colour but thankfully there is no pain I have applied Smile ointment and taken Becosules Z once daily and Cremaffin plus 20 ml for constipation I am on Ensorex 100 mg medication take once daily Despite taking medicine getting no relief Kindly suggest correct medicine & course of treatment.
