Dia BP a little high
My systolic BP is ranging between 110-124 usually under 120, but dia is almost 80-85 last 5-6 readings. Is this something to worry about or normal? I dont smoke, I don't eat junk, as I stay outside, i cook my own food and eat. I don't drink as well regularly. Ans go for a walk 20-30 minutes everyday. Please let me know what else I should do?

You should do one thing ; stop checking your BP so many times in a day. Otherwise you will become neurotic. Please consult a General Physician in your area. Get your BP checked from him once in 3-4 days and follow his advice.
