Vit b12 - high levels
Hello doc, I just got my vit b12 levels checked and found that my b12 levels are  >1500pg/ml. In the month of Nov the level was around 209pg/ml. From then I started taking supplement. What should be done now. Kindly advise.

Just stop the supplement,It's a water soluble vitamin, within 2 month, ur B12 level will be  within normal range..
