Stop the supplement and increase water intake. Its a water soluble vitamin, you will excrete the excess vitamin eventually. Get it checked after a month.

Hello. Thank you for sharing your report. First, please do not be alarmed by the high B12 level. This is completely normal and expected after a course of B12 injections and tablets. It simply shows that your body's B12 stores have been successfully refilled. The test is picking up the B12 that is still circulating in your blood. Here is how you should proceed: You can stop taking all B12 supplements (tablets and injections) for now, as your levels are fully replenished The most important question now is how are your symptoms? Have the issues that led to the B12 test (like fatigue, tingling, weakness, etc.) improved or completely resolved? The next step is to create a long-term maintenance plan. Since you had a deficiency, you will likely need a small, regular dose (like a weekly tablet or a monthly/quarterly injection) to prevent your levels from dropping again.
Next Steps
To determine the correct maintenance dose for you, I would need to discuss your original symptoms and your dietary habits. I strongly recommend booking a paid consultation so we can create a proper long-term plan. You can connect with me via my profile.
