Back pain and weakness could be due to
Weak bones, low hemoglobin, bad posture etc.
But if u are saying that u are having numbness in one side then it could be due to some nerve involvement
Please let me know if u have done any recent blood tests regarding the same and consult so that i can guide u better regarding further management
