Hello doctor I am working in a private hospital .so I have four night dutys in month so my night duty starts at 7.30 pm night and end at 7.30 morning in middle of that I have break for sleep at night 12.00 am to 3.30 am.after that I will do duty till 7.30 morning when I go home but in home I won't get sleep what to do

Hi while preparing formula some water fell in baby's formula, is there any chances that I might have contaminated baby's formula??water that fell was drinking water,I wasn't able to scoop out the water, baby was crying a lot so have to feed the same formula.
