Hi team I had my pre employment medical test today Which includes blood test ECG and urine and general consultation I am sure blood report will be normal My BP is normal at home at 120/80 When I did the test today where I was very nervous and anxious BP there ranged from 140/80-160/80 HR normal ECG also was showing abnormal ECG and probably left atrial enlargement Doc's were saying to relax and hold on the breath to calm down I usually am very nervous at doctor clinic whenever I visit,it increases the BP What to do in order to stop this? ECG report is with management as they don't show to candidate I visited a general physician while coming back who explained it's normal and it's anxiety Shall I do a 2D echo to calm down and ease worries?

I got mild hydronephrosis with 4mm kidney stone in left kidney! I want to know , when hydronephrosis will go away ? after passing this small stone then it will go,  or even with this small stone hydronephrosis will go away ,reply here🥺🥺
