Hello doctor please review attached ecg report. Symptoms:- Radiating pain from left to right shoulder and left to right chest, some time under neck. Problem started after sleeping on bench while waiting with one of patient in hospital. Report interpretation:- sinus tachycardia, otherwise normal ecg.

From yesterday having giddiness in the evening today also same problem. Got swelling on legs,foot and hands having BP 106/72.

I got the TT shot in my arm. The medical practitioner who used to administer me injections had closed for the day, so I went to another person. He applied it in my arm but at the back part of my arm I guess 4-5 inches below shoulder. Usually I have had it in the part facing the person. I am not sure if he applied it in deltoid region. So should I get another TT shot tomorrow in deltoid region from my regular medical practitioner? Will this shot that he gave me today even be effective in offering protection?

Hello, my father drinks regularly. He is also high BP patient which is well controlled with medicine. Once he starts drinking, then he drinks for a whole week. During this time he stopped taking medicine. Today he said he's not feeling well. So I checked his BP. It was 150/112 on omron.. I gave him the medicine. I want to know. Is this safe and will the medicine help to lower his BP? He says he has no chest pain or other concerning symptom.

Hi I had completed my dose of anti rabies vaccine on 3rd November, 2023. Today on 22 April 2024, a cat (VACCINATED) playfully scratched me. The wound was deep so I washed it with soap and water and applied Dettol. Do I need to take booster shots? (the cat is also vaccinated)

If someone taken full IM course of ARV completed  on 22 nov 2023 and again taken three booster after three month of previous one for suspected rabies exposure. Now if re  exposure happen (after 42days from booster) how many vaccine should he take?

I go to the doctor few days ago then he prescribed me calcium vitm d supplement i am taking from last 6 days but my legs muscles is not going rid Every day i was putting my legs in sunlight. But evening. Time i am feeling. My heart rate is 112 and having palpitations ecg is normal doctor told to take alprazolam tab but still I am not able to sleep nor is heart rate decreasing... can I take metexyl 12.5 mg for tachycardia right now ...it was prescribed by a cardiologist previously
