Hi doctor I'm 43yrs old who plays cricket weekends , with exercises & walks everyday . My entire left arm from  shoulder has a dull pain and also numbness during sleep. I also find discomfort in my chest like indigestion or chestburn. Bp is 135/80 Pulse 72 Sp% 98 Weight 80kg My ECG is normal what should I do further? My concern is in recent years many of my friends and school mates died due to heart attack in their 40s . So sometimes I remember when it pains and feel anxious. Kindly suggest the best ..thank you

Hello, I had done biceps training in gym around 3 days ago. Since then I am not able to make my hand straight. There is a sharp pain on the outer side of elbow whenever I try to make my arm straight. What could be the reason? I am fairly new in gym. I am worried if this is a serious injury. Also could you please tell me any remedies I should do to cure this injury. Thanks in advance
