Regarding heart query
Ecg normal Echo normal Tmt normal Done in april 24 hr Holter normal done today. But still i am worried and stressed regarding heart health. I feel pain behind left shoulder dont know whether it is cervical or other. Increase when i lay on left hand side. Pl guide. I'm very worried I have done all impt. Cardiac tests

As cardiac parameters are within normal limits,Some possibilities Could be due to muscle strain, cervical spine issues or sometimes radiating pain due to gall bladder stones or lung issues
