Hello. Since yesterday I have been feeling unwell.- my HeartRate is fast, my head is spinning, I have bloating and butterflies in stomach.. today I went to get an ECG done at a diagnostic centre. Please have a look at it. I am unsure whether my symptoms are because of neurological problem or gastric problem because I do have mild gastritis n perhaps this is a flareup.

Facing stomach ache problem for last 4-5 days. Also taken medicine for stomach ache but no relief. Kindly suggest some medicine for this. Taking BP medicine - Telsar 40 & Nebicard 5,  And for cheek vain pain - Tegrital and triptomer.
