So dry cough starts after eating lunch (rice) or laughing. I don't understand what is the problem behind this. Why is this cough happening ? Please help me to this.

Good noon doctor , my sister was diagnosed with jaundice followed by hepatitis A infection and hepatomegaly in the month of September, and got fine after 9 days of admission in the hospital . From past fee weeks she's experiencing acid reflux after food and having extremely white nails which looks very white and having pain in lower abdomen in recent report lft test came normal and having haemoglobin around 9 is this normal ? Pls reply if she have to undergo any further test will jaundice and liver disease re occur? Thank you
