I completed my anti rabies vaccine on Nov 3, 2023. Today on 20 Jan, 2024, our sick cat (fever due to extreme cold) scratched me when I tried giving it medicine. The wound is 2-3 inches long but NOT DEEP at all. I washed it with soap and water and applied Dettol. Do I need to retake rabies vaccine? Or, any booster dose? (The cat is drinking water with no issue).

Hi I have had keloid in my hand for more than 20 years, but it's looking differently. Now i think some liquid or puss is inside, earlier doc asked me to do nothing and leve this as is it, please let me know what can be done here.Thanks

Hi, I am software employee and I am doing two weeks (10 days) night shift from 8:00 Pm to 4:00 AM and 4 weeks day shift i.e., 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. My problem is, I am unable to sleep after 4:00 AM when my shift ends. Feeling sleepy but not workout. Able to sleep 5 to 5:30 hours but can't deep sleep and it causes me to feeling tired. Whole day from afternoon onwards feeling sleepy but not workout when I fall on bed. Could you please suggest a remedy for this discrepancy.!? Or else suggest a medicine to avoid this discrepancy.!? I recently caught common cold and today was day 4. All my other symptoms have subsided and are manageable except for weakness. During first 2 days I had low grade fever and runny and stuffy nose. But since day 3 I am feeling very weak and worked up. As long as I am sitting or lying down in one spot or doing basic work it's fine. But I do something strenuous I feel very very weak. I am worried about it because everything else feels good but why am I still so weak.

I always have pressure in my head left side when o lie down on my pillow. I also feel pain on my jaw and ear when I press ot with hand. The pain is in left side of temples, neck amd back of ear and jaw What to do.

Last 2 - 3 days , I am feeling pain on scalp when touched. I have dandruff too. So is it for scalp infection or any underlying cause ??
