Having fever since 25 days, tested all dengue, typhoid, malaria all are negative Done blood culture , LFT, urine test Everything is normal But body pain and fever are getting worse day by day. No other symptoms.

Gp gave me melatonin 5 mg i can't sleep without it the sleep comes late during day rymtm disturbs without it with it proper 10-6pm no history of anxiety also doesn't come in night my question how much safe is melatonin as sleeping pill in long run I don't overdose or self medicate or else Eairlear i had to consume clonazpeam 0.5 mg  for proper timing of sleep in perfect time heard it's not good so switched to it as my age is 25 years how to leave all drug and how safe is clonazpeam in long run? Like I consume 1-2 months then I leave for 1 months then again consume it's my consuming history of melatonin 5 mg how safe it is ?

Doctor recently took lipid profile test and my total cholesterol is 205 , triglycerides is 285, HDL cholesterol is 39, NON HDL cholesterol is 166, LDL cholesterol is 109, VLDL cholesterol is 57, cholesterol/HDL ratio is 5.26, atherogenic index is 0.50. height 163 cms, weight 54.5 kg, BMI 20.5.
