Flu

I have been having high blood pressure issue for 2 years and I am on a dose of nebicard 5 mg...but from last week I felt shortness of breath and dizziness when I check my bp is 170/100 or more...I went to the doctor and she suggested a few tests and that time when she checked my bp was 180/110... My reports are - Ecg - normal Echo - normal Ultrasound - pcod ( which is from many years) Fasting sugar - 91 ( normal) Thyroid test - normal Urine test - normal LFT &RFT - normal Hemoglobin - 13.8 Problem came in Ldl - 122 ( border line increased) Vitamin b12 - 170 ( less) Vitamin D - 25 (less) Platelets count (PLT) - 68 ( VERY LESS) Doc started medicine or vitamin b12 and D and also telma 40 morning and night.. Can anyone help me understand why bp is so much as mostly tests are fine...can b12 and D be the reason for this...
