Hi 30f.Since more than 2 months I have been overthinking and anxiety as I got hyperthyroid and liver issues thinking and go ogling about those day and night since more than 3 months. Since 2 weeks I am getting left hand and chest pain. I am worried as this much stress I will be getting heart attack. What to do. I am very much fearful will I get heart attack how to control my overthinkimg and anxiety. Chest pain on and off left hand pain on and off. Too much nervouseness anxiety fear overthinking plz how to calm down will I get heart attack due to this much stress overthinking nervouseness plz reply

New report shows Chlamydia IgM Borderline,Prior to this report (4 months back) IGM was 3.56  & took  doxycycline for 7 days . Plz advise ,do I need to take medication for now??

I've had a history of vertigo and sinus issues for the past 1 year. But for the last few months- My legs feel light and weak as if I'll fall forward.. and this is happening right after my period ends.. I specially feel weaker after my periods.. I don't know if it's to do with vertigo or my periods.. I also have tingling or vibrations in my lip or arm from time to time..

My ankle are swollen on both the legs. I travelled a long flight a month ago, but the swelling didn't reduce and it persist. I elevated my legs all the time and the swelling didn't reduce. I went to Dr and had leg Doppler scan. I have few bulgy varicose veins on one leg. No blood clot in the scan. I had blood work and uric acid was high than normal. It was 6.95mg/dL. But Dr didn't give me any medicines for high uric acid. Is this normal? Does high Uric acid cause swelling on the ankle? What medicine or treatment for high uric acid? My creatinine is normal.

Hello doctors, My left side chest and upper back is hurting since last night and I feel nauseous right now please help what this could be? I'm really worried. P.S. I've had similar type of chest and back pain earlier.

Hi, I am 30 years male. I pray namaz as part of my culture and in that part I have to distribute total my body weight on my left leg while I was sitting on the ground(Reference i have attached snapshot). At that portion one thick black layered skin was formed and it was very hard and while bathing when we hardly or gentle rub some scrapped skin was removing from it. And same black colour skin was appeared on left side of my foot as above. But my right leg was fair and no black skin was encountered. Please suggest me for this.

Hello doctor please review attached ecg report. Symptoms:- Radiating pain from left to right shoulder and left to right chest, some time under neck. Problem started after sleeping on bench while waiting with one of patient in hospital. Report interpretation:- sinus tachycardia, otherwise normal ecg.

From yesterday having giddiness in the evening today also same problem. Got swelling on legs,foot and hands having BP 106/72.
