My mother aged 65yrs fell down in bathroom and have muscle sprain in left side. She couldnt get up but can able to sit without pain. Area which got hurt doesnt have swelling or hot. She had vomiting during the fall.  Can we have parcetmol ?

Hello respected doctor. Last 2 months Im suffering from leg muscle cramps & pain when i walk 200 - 300 meters. After resting some minutes the pain decreased. My family doctor told me to do LS SPINE mri. Im attaching the reports of MRI. Which doctor should I consult? Orthopedic surgeon or neurologist?

I have done all the tests and looking at my symptoms the doctor has suggested I have an anxiety issue. It's not major but he said everything is fine and have prescribed me etizola 0.25 for 10 days and zapiz 0.25 (SOS). He mentioned not to drive after taking zapiz but I don't know why. To be honest I don't want to take any medication for anxiety as i have heard many side effects/future issues after taking the medication. I know i should trust my doctor but I am double minded. Please suggest and help me to make a decision. Thank you

Hi team I had my pre employment medical test today Which includes blood test ECG and urine and general consultation I am sure blood report will be normal My BP is normal at home at 120/80 When I did the test today where I was very nervous and anxious BP there ranged from 140/80-160/80 HR normal ECG also was showing abnormal ECG and probably left atrial enlargement Doc's were saying to relax and hold on the breath to calm down I usually am very nervous at doctor clinic whenever I visit,it increases the BP What to do in order to stop this? ECG report is with management as they don't show to candidate I visited a general physician while coming back who explained it's normal and it's anxiety Shall I do a 2D echo to calm down and ease worries?
