I have no sleep...i have consulted psychatrist...i m taking medicine...i only get sleep after taking medicine...i m taking it from past 1 year...will i recover from this sleep problem

Sir, I m having tongue burning from 6 months. Earler it was intense but after 4 months it get reduce but it still burning lightly. Earlier i was on ativan 2 mg at night but from 4 months i m on olisur f5 and doctor told me continue the same for 2 more month. I have no ulcer no cut not having any bump or lump. No pain in movement of tongue. I saw dentist and it was told me that noting is unusal. Plz sir/mam, plz tell why its burning from since so long. What medicine should i take to get rid from this. Is there any serous issue. How much time it will take to complete cure.

I am obese and have a very sedentary lifestyle. I am on a vacation for two days and today I walked a lot... I have never walked this much in all these months. While walking, I did feel some discomfort, but it was not much but now when I have returned to hotel, I'm not feeling well at all. I'm feeling short of breath, restlessness in legs, fast heart rate, and overall ill.. my daily meds r ciplar 40 mg n losartan.. right now I'm sitting at hotel and feeling very scared. I am scared that I overexerted my body and now it is causing some major problem inside.

My age 33 years old. So recently i felt lik soreness in my gum near wisdom tooth. But wen i touch gum ome teeth before wisdom i can feel pain. But today i feel like my side part of tongue at one place very mild pain when touching. So should i go yo dentist?? Whether dentist can evaluate anything present in tongue ? Actually my dad has diagnosed with stomach cancer. So i was getting worried i need to be very attentive to any changes in my self. So can dentist detect if any cancer?? I dont remember eating anything hot or biting my tongue. I Dont eat tobacco or smoke cigarettes or drink.
