Hi, from last night all of a sudden I am feeling uneasy with little anxiety. I checked my bp in the morning it was 128/82 , fasting sugar of 109. I feel comfortable during sleep but feeling uneasy( anxiety,heaviness in legs ,hands) while i am resting.I never had any bp,sugar or any other medical issues. What could be the reason?
