I am a breastfeeding mother and have a cold. Which tablet can I take which is safe while breastfeeding?

I've once in 1 or 2 months, bleeding when I  poop. It's totally painless, but sometimes in 1 or 2 months for a day, I feel pain in my anus hole, some other day than the day bleeding happened. Most probably the last day I've been gone, eating in a restaurant or something. I'm attaching a picture for reference, but please let me know if I have hemorrhoids. I've shaved the area for clear visibility.

I've had a urine infection for the past 2 years, but whenever I undergo urine analysis, the results come back normal. So, I visited a urologist, and during the examination, he inserted his finger into my perineum  and asked me to provide another urine sample.and said "this time give urine analysis and now it will come bacteria positive And it came urine positive Can someone help me to know what doctor did I want to learn more from internet

I have high BP since many months.. I was prescribed losartan 25 mg earlier but the bp remained same... Then doctor increased the dosage to 50 mg in january 2024... initially the readings were fine but later it again started going high (150/90) Today I checked on omron monitor n the readings were- 150/90, 145/85. 145/84 Plz suggest what to do and instead of losartan 50 mg which medicine can take?? I am feeling anxious

Since last few days i am having pain in my kegs and was feeling sleepy a lot during daytime . On checking sugar levels my fasting is in the range if 100-115 and Pp sugar is between 140-160. Do i need to start medicene or diet changes can bring the levels down . Have been off from any type if excercise since 2 months because of shoulder pain and was on pain killers Can pain killers increase glucose levels

I have acidity and gastric issue since last 2 days, today I'm having slighy chest pain and it comes and goes. Is something serious? I have been doing ecgs etc and it came normal, did tmt 2 weeks back and was normal. Should i be worried today, the pain is not continuous, it comes and goes
