Can some one explain whats is this, i am worried about us this cancerous tumor i checked on google

I am having fever at only 9 pm everyday since one month. Twice it got worse and developed into 101°F fever when I went to school on cold days. I believe it is not malaria or dengue because I live in Shillong and mosquitoes are rare in the cold days of January and February at an altitude of 1600m. I am in class 12 with exam season going and really don't have the time to visit doctor. The fever started suddenly. At first I had a normal 100°F fever for 3 days but after that it didn't recover fully and recurrent fever at only one particular time started. One week back again after going to school it developed into a 101°F for 3 days but now also I am having the same feeling. When it worsens the uvula lengthens. I am also having persistent cough for nearly one week after it worsened for the second time. I also have mild body ache. Thankyou for reading. Please help me 🙏🙏.

So i had cold last week. I did dusting  so i got runny nose and sneezing nonstop. I am taking currently ayurvedic medicine.  Sometimes suddenly starts sneezing and runny nose. I have little bit ulcer in my tongue My cbc, etc report i have attached. What to interpret from this.

Sir/mam I am suffering from GAD and panic disorders and currently in SSRI medicine and also feeling some kinds of fever and did Hb electrophoresis as My RBC was 6.10 on complete hemogram reports.Kindly check n tell sir

Please find the attachment and tell me about why my blood urea level is not in range. Tell me about how to reduce urea levels normaly without medicine thanx in advance

Hi, Whenever any problems or hurdles in business or in general life comes up, no matter how small the problem may be I become very nervous and abnormal mentally and physically, I can't sleep , I get weak and get fever. I myself know that this problem will gradually get solved in few weeks but still I am not able to be normal mentally. I am suffering very much due to this issue and I fear that this condition might lead to Hypertension and Diabetes (as of now I have no health conditions and am healthy). I have stage fear as well and I get all the above mentioned symptoms whenever I am asked to give a speech... Please suggest me a remedy or medication to get rid of this issue. Sir/ mam, my body starts itching at night and I get big,red rashes on my body..I wake up with swollen eyes in the morning..and as the day progresses, swollen eyes and itching gets somewhat relieved...but the cycle gets repeated again starting from evening..I took montemac L for 5 days and itching and swollen eyes got okay...but after stopping medicine,the problem has started again..what should I do?? Thanks a lot

Can I take both medicine? Supradyn at day and zincovit at night ? Both medicines are different in nature.

Sir my mother.. sometimes later pain on slight right upper middle back pain and It's happen from many years and sometimes it's happen and then go and Nothing happened..sir I feel too much Worry about this , we check Xray chest everything normal ok and ECG ok..but it's 6 months ago and Also consult a Chest physician and said ok..Sir..I search google about sometimes gall bladder..sir I don't understand actually what happened plz recommend me . Four years ago I found that when I used a cetrizine I got skin redness and burning sensation heavily on my left feet, left hand 3 fingers and right hand 2 fingers. After that one year ago I used cetrizine again for cold the same allergy happened at the same places no changes. No allergy in another area. Few days back I used Atrax 5 mg I got same redness and same places. So doctor now prescribed levocetrizine. In levocetrinzine also same cetrizine name is there. I am fearing of getting same allergy. Please advise is levo cetrizine and cetrizine same.
