Have question on Tazlok 80 mg BP tablet ...Can I have morning 40 mg and night 40 mg ? instead of taking 80 mg in morning which my doctor prescribed (he is not available now). Experiencing foot pain suddenly at a time interval of 4 to 5 months. If thepain starts, it is becoming very worse.

Without fasting my tsh level is 0.19 abnormal . My urologist suggested i can take without fasting so i took it.. I crossed checked, took report with fasting my tsh,t3,t3, ft3,ft4 everything is absolutely normal. Why my urologist said it's not a problem u can take without fasting? I also seen endocrinologist in YouTube saying can take without fasting also.. if that is so why my test results vary ? Sorry to ask is doctor themselves confused on this ? I am having antibiotics and pain killer since 3 days due to tooth extraction. However since 3 days i did not pass stool, but today i was having bit tendency and also left abdomen was paining so tried hard to pass stool. Stool did pass but blood also came. Is it something serious?

I feel uneasiness/discomfort and my body temperature is 99 degrees F , can i take paracetamol and antibiotics. Please advice

My husband has chronic dry cough for more than 1 month. He refuses to go to a doctor stating that this has happened to him in childhood too and the diagnosis was inconclusive.
