With normal bp, 118/78, 80-85bpm, normal ecg, normal echo, negative tmt all test happened in recent time, with in 1-2 weeks. Should i still be concerned of cardiac issue regarding slight heaviness in left chest and left arm. Specially it happens in morning around 7 am. Cardiologist has been refered to and he said everything is fine, but this heaviness is till there, sometimes numbness is also felt. Please guide.

I am suffering from h. Pylori infection and my treatment is going on. Yesterday I had my blood test done and the reports came that everything is normal except Cholesterol. I eat homemade food and do strength training 3 times a week. I am shocked after watching my cholesterol report although the numbers are not too high. Are cholesterol and H.Pylori linked? Do I have to worry about my cholesterol?

I have minor swelling in face, hand and leg on the left side only . This situation is from past 1 week .

Today when i got up in the morning i was feeling my left chest and left hand a bit heavy and numb. It was strange feeling, no pain was there. I became panicked and rushed to the hospital, doctor measured bp it was 127/86 and did ecg which is attached. He than gave Pantop injection and sent me back. But i am very nervous since morning. I also have some gastric issue too, but since morning i am very troubled. I did tmt test 2 weeks back and it was negative.
