Vitamin B12 deficiency
I am diagnosed with vitamin b12 deficiency. My vitamin b12 is 87 pg/ml seems very low Could you please suggest any injection and the frequency and also supplements to recover from this deficiency ?

Then Nasocobal nasal spray one dose once a week 4doses.
