Hi My wife aged 39 is having low blood pressure Sys in the range of 90 to 100 Dia in the range of 60 to 70 When ever tested it is always in this range. Should we get concerned? How to improve BP?

I had a two small skin tag on my vulva. Got it removed a month ago I followed all the instructions for the aftercare. Went for a follow up. The dr told me it was healed completely. It was fine till last week. Then I started experiencing some burning sensation constantly. There is no erosion or any redness on that area. The wound is healed as my dr told me.No unusual discharge. It's just constant burning sensation. I took a painkiller it helped temporarily but it started burning again. Please help.
