Hello I took my complete health check up on 2 June 24 ...and diagnosed with liver issue...my numbers are bilirubin(total) 1.8,   direct 0.3,    indirect 1.5,             sgot 81,     sgpt 163.3,     ggt 92.7,    sgot/sgpt 0.5... Earlier i diagnosed with fatty liver. Now I am taking diet precautions..I have 2 questions...I am taking medicines for depression...one medicine arip 5mg cause acidity to me...can this medicine affect my liver in bad way??? 2nd is ..I go to gym..so after these my liver readings...can I take high protien diet...like 2 whole eggs, 100 gm paneer and 30 gm whey protien daily...is it possible??

kindly avoid very high protein diet until value comes to normal. indirectly it increases liver burden as a digestive gland.
