I couldn't get my feet in my shoe, so I put my hand to see what happened, to my horror, there was a dead mice in my shoe. It's winter so it felt cold and wet. I washed my hands, sprayed sanitizer on it. The rat's body didn't appear to be chewed on but what if a cat had placed it there? If while washing my hands some virus fell on my dress and got on objects, surface I touched. Can it lead to anyone in my family getting rabies, if anyone touched that same object or surface, say after 3-4 hours? I had been vaccinated in December, 2023 but I am worried about my family members? Do they need vaccination? Can anyone get rabies indirectly like this especially if they touch same surface after 3-4 hours as I had stayed upstairs till now.

Sir , I have this small bump on the roof of the mouth. Before I popped it but it again came back .I don't have pain but it is really making me uncomfortable I am attaching the photo please tell me wat this is .

As per blood tests, 1. T3 - 1.03 (range given - 0.80- 2.00) 2. T4- 6.98 (range given- 5.10- 14.10) 3. TSH- 4.77 (range given- 0.27- 4.20) It seems that though my T3 and T4 are within range, TSH is slightly higher. Is this a cause for concern or is it normal? Any lifestyle changes to be done to keep it under control, Kindly advise.

Hi. My Vitamin B12 level has always been within range. 2 months back, my blood test results showed Vitamin B12 level of 400. I took a blood test today after 2 months and now the Vitamin B12 level has increased to 1060. My other reports like kidney, lipid profile, glucose levels are all normal and good. I am worried what could have caused this rise in Vitamin B12? Is it alright or serious? I would like to point out that I had wisdom teeth extraction surgery a month back for which I am taking Neurobion Forte tablet daily to cure numbness. I am also taking Jointace C2 tablet for joint health due to TMJ problems. Both these medicines contain Vitamin B12 so can that be a reason for the sudden increase? As overall I don't feel unwell. How to reduce it and bring it to normal level? Please help.
