I sweat a lot like crazy, is there any way to reduce or stop it. Its so severe that my hair is all wet and drenched like i just washed my hair and all my cloths get soaking wet. Is there any medicine.

Hello i am having a fever of around 100.5-102.5 since 4 days which is not reducing with paracetamol along with headache (behind eyes), severe shivering and weakness. Typhoid, dengue and malaria tests are negative. CRP is 55, WBC count - 10.4k, Polymorphs - 85 and Lymphocytes - 12, rest all values are in range. After taking dolo 650 the shivering stops for 3-4 hours and then it again starts. The fever gets reduced from around 101.8-102.5 to 100.5-101.3 but not below that for 3-4 hours and then again starts increasing. Shivering and chills are very severe. Please suggest something.
