Head INJURY
My head got hurt by the iron gate yesterday afternoon at that time I realized that it was from above but I felt relieved but after 3-4 hours I got the same pain and thought of applying ice at night as a pain killer. I also took combilflam but I have a headache and feel slightly numb pls help

*Hi PRIMARILY if there is any external cut (laceration) bleeding needs Doctor consultation for examination and must to take inj. Tetanus Toxoid (TT) fallowed by some medication prescribed by ur doctor SECONDARY if no external injury (bleeding) but presence of like swelling (hematoma )over the injury side apply ice packs and take pain killers from the near by chemist
Next Steps
Watch for 24-48 hours in head injury cases for fallowing any symptoms like VOMITTING SENSATION (NAUSEA) VOMITTING DIZZINESS LOSS OF CONSCIOUSNESS SEVERE HEADACHE
