I have fever for last four days with chills. My dengue kit test is as-NS1-ngative Igm-weekly positive, Igg- negative platlet count is 93000.what to do please suggest

I have fungal infection under my toe nail. Earlier I thought the colour change is due to ingrown nail as my nail also curl inside from the side and makes it uncomfortable. It's been a couple of moths now. Upon further inspection I realised that it's due to fungal infection as the nail bed also feels crumbly to touch. Please suggest an over the counter medicine to treat it.

I feel heavyness in chest when i think of it and sometime have pain like chees lagna in lower chest for 1 or 2 seconds ecg me sinus tachycardia , when i go for walk 5 km . Doctor said its not heart related i attach my ecg report please check and kindly tell me what is this or this is angina?
