Low platelets
Hi, I have low platelets ranging from 1to 1.5 lac since last 4 years (I gave birth in 2020). I don't have any other issues. Haemoglobin, RBc and wbc are within normal range.
Is this an issue?

Sudden fever
Yesterday I was feeling very lethargic and by evening my thighs started paining a lot and it was followed by fever and chills.
