Hello Sir/Madam, I'm experiencing mild fever ( 99.5 to 100) every night after 9:30 pm . This is accompanied by weakness . Everything automatically gets back to normal during mornings . This has been happening for 20 days now . I consulted doctor and got dengue , malaria and typhoid tests done . All of them were negative . I used a 5 day course for bacterial infection as prescribed by the doctor . However , I don't see any relief even after completing the course . I'm attaching my blood test report for reference. Kindly guide me what could be a potential reason and further action to take .
