Can we take budez cr 6 gm long term as maintenance dose for crohn's disease... whenever I stop it my symptoms increases... Budez cr gives me relief ..let me know if I can take it long term since it is a locally acting steroids medicine

Respected sir/mam I have done lipid profile report is Cholesterol, Total - 238 .0 mg/dl Triglyceride- 291.0 mg/dl Non HDL Cholesterol- 175.0 mg/dl TG HDL Ration- 5:1 Everything is high Please sir tell me !!!! Which medicine do i have to take for these reports

I am having high fever for almost 4 days now. I have taken tests for dengue typhoid. Dengue is negative and typhoid is 1:160 Doctor gave me antibiotics for that. Now 10 days before a cat goes trough my foot. And I jumped and I have a scratch on my foot. I was not sure it was cat or just a random scratch from cement.I told the doctor he recommended me to take.precautionary rabies shots. I have fever of 103 at that time but I took the shot.Now fever is still there and I am not sure it's rabbies side effects or what?

Doctor my niece took complete course of intradermal Anti Rabies Vaccination Day 0 3 7 28 around 5 months ago and again she took 2 intradermal rabies vaccine booster dose day 0 and 3 along with TT Last 2nd booster was taken on 26th November 2023 but today on 23rd December A Street dog scratch her with nails again little bit blood comes out of so should she need to take booster dose of rabies vaccine again ?

I am 30 year old male and daily smoke 2-3 cig per day, my concern is an individual can smoke how many cig per day or even one cig is harmful does it affect only lungs and heart or does it effect any other organ?

WBC 3100 Polymorph 42 Lymphocytes 41% Eosinophil 17% Monocytes 0 ESR 25 Hemoglobin 12.9 Vitamin D3 21 Thyroid ,blood sugar ,LFT all normal Anything to worry about since WBC is low ?

I had blood transfusion 10 days ago after delivery i m having dark orangish red urine and indirect bilirubin is 1.7 is it a cause for concern my urine analysis shows bacteria I m taking antibiotics now is the dark urine due to uti or blood transfusion reaction
