Greetings doctors past 15 days I'm too much worried about my blood pressure no family history old mercury machine Cheaking 140/90 and 130/80 I have a OMRON BP MACHINE it's showing 120 to 130 but bp measure time my heart beat 110 to 114 starting OMRON machine

I am 34 and taking bp tablet telma h 40 from 7month . I have headache with throbbing light headed dizzy feeling sleepy since 3 years later did allbody check n came to no I have bp I started taking it I thought I will get reliefs from headache but still I am facing same. My head pain on top of the head n forehead whil I put my head down to sleep. My headache start every morning after taking bp tablet in few hours headache starts and it keeps coming n going as if some heavy weight on my head. Plz let me why is this

Hello doctors My age is 34 male recently I took full body checkup and found my vitamin b12 is 61 and vitamin d is 8 so consulted doctor he gave neurobion forte for a month  should  I take this for 6 months or not ... while taking this tablet I found out that forehead sweating was reduced because my whole body used to sweat alot but after taking this tablet I felt much better unfortunately doctor is unavailable he's gone abroad so I am confused to continue or stop please help me
