Due to dry mouth i am drinking lots of water and getting frequent urination which is irritating and i have pcos weight - 63 kgs with height 5'5 also i am on medications like glycomet and femilon and becosules I have constipation issue as well but why this frequent urination and dry mouth that comes n goes away i have little bit pain in lower abdomen right now left

Today suddenly I felt a sharp chest pain in my heart and it subsided , but I was feeling nervous. After this checked BP and it was 150/90, I went to the emergency room, ecg was done and it showed poor r wave progression v3, but the GP said it's normal and this is my third ecg in 2 months(pain was felt first time )the first two times it was normal. And my BP returned to normal 124/78 , RBS is normal too, i have a little bit of gastritis, do I have to go to a cardiologist ?

My cholesterol level is above 500 . What medicine can help me . I have never taken any medicine in past

I hv water retention in my body with certain medicine like naproxen, I started tide 40 today ,recently I got my lipid profile done ,in that my CRP 13.7 and ESR 20.when my heart ,liver and kidney reports are normal why i get this water retention and what my above counts indicate . Had neck sprain when i git my reports done.my physio asked me to redo test after 2 months as CRP shouldnt be this high ,what do u think .Also in gym when i use to get my body analysis done ne my water percentage in body use to come more than needed.was my decision to take tide 40 right? My electrolytes level are good in report ,i am planning to drink 1 glass of vital z for this 5 days to not upset them ,anything else u suggest

I am having pain in my chest which comes and goes. I did many ECG'S which came normal. Echo also normal. Now I did TMT Test which is attached. Please doctor check the graphs of TMT Test and tell me whether it is normal.
