Whenever im going to bed my heart rate is going below 55 or sometimes 50, is there any rhythm problem with my heart or is it normal?

Hi m suman bisht earlier 4yr when I got miscarriage doctor told me u have thyroidal problem then I take thyronorm now I have 3yr old girl when I skip/leave medicine after 6month when I test my TSH (ENCLOSED REPORT) please check n tell should I start medicine or not thyronorm. Regards Suman

Dear doctor ,i have very bad neck pain ,spine pain some times chest pain from 3 years but now it's is more ,i met Ortho an he gave these tablets for 20 days (attaching prescription below ) i'm taking these tablets from one week now ,but there is no improvement at all ..! my neck pains when i bend ..left arm pains till fingers ..! i can feel bones paining ..! what to do , pls tell me ,, i get anxious an my heart rate goes up
