Purple soft spot on tongue
Hello
My husband who is 40 years old started developing purple soft spots on tongue as shown in picture below.. he has bp problem and takes telma 40 once a day.. his weight is 106kg.. he has been working in night shifts since 11 years.. i am very much concerned about those spots.. i told him many times to visit a doctor but we dont understand to which specialists we need to approach and what is the cause of those spots?? Pls advise.. i have attached his tongue picture ..
