Flu

Cough from 15 days, loss of apetite, Breathing problem, Body pain. Chest Xray Shows - Both hila are mildy prominant.

My friend fell on the road while running. I have attached an image of the wound. İt is fairly deep. Would a tetanus injection be required?

Dear doctor, since few months I have been feeling a lot of tiredness and lithargy and feverish. Always get drowsiness and gastric problems such as belching, heartburn, bloating etc. As per local  physician I got the Vit B12 and 25 OH Vit D done. The result is 219 pg/ml and16.6 Ng/ml respectively. Dr advised me to take the following vitamins for 3 months. 1) Tab Folvite - active. 2) Tab calcifit 500 3) Cap gen D3 60k Doctor, am I taking the correct vit or should I go for some other vit. I'm very dizzy and nauseous. I've been dizzy the last few days but never like this or this long. I can't leave bed.

I have abdominal problem (indigestion) , sleeplessness, feeling uncomfortable after unknowingly ingested camphor .

28/12-GP for chronic cough,temp,high BP&HR, prescribed azithromycin 250mgs BD&10mgs Prednisolone OD. no improvement. 31/12-coughing up blood,weakness,temp&HR normal, BP up, SOB and headaches, went to ED, bloods and CXR normal, changed to augmentin 625mgs TDS for 7 days (now day 5), presnisolone increased to 40mgs OD-now day 5, and PRN salbutamol inhaler (used once last pm) today-right sided numbness and tingling mainly in face, head & hand,nauseated,weak, is this side effect of steroid?

Having headache from 2 days and also cold.............................................

72 years old male is aknown case of idiopathic hypertension for about 10 years, he was at the begining on amilodipin 5 mg for about 3 years and BP was controlled but later he developed bilateral leg oedema as a side effect of amilodipin,amilodipin changed to valsartan 160 mg and hidrochlorthiazide 12.5 mg and BP was controlled untill before about 1 month ago which the BP started to rise to about160-170/90-100, there is no any sign and symptom and lab.Tests all normal except s. Creatin 1.3,ESR 35

Is there anything I can take for ghonorrhea cause I'm feeling pain I visited a doctor today but was given amoxy 250 and another white tablet but now I can't even sleep

So I'm 35 weeks and one day and I'm feeling a lot of pressure on my private area is that normal
