Thinning hairfall swollen lower neck and weight loss eyes protuted feeling hunger

I cough out black mucus, in the morning. I don't smoke, or take any tobacco. Its been week. Please suggest

I hv been having headache for 3 4 days and am feeling very tired and sleepy for one week.

I just bought this tea (called “get happy” by Be Well Teas) which acts as an herbal supplement. On the tin it says to check with a healthcare practioner before using the product if you take birth control or other medications. I currently take 1) Junel Fe 1/20. 2) Montelukast 10MG tablets. 3) Fluticasone 50MCG nasal spray (120). Will I be okay to take the supplement?

I am having headache, stomach pain feeling hot and my mouth is sour I have feeling like this for an 3 hours

I feel like I’m tired. Like I have no energy and I keep having repeated panic attacks and I just constantly feel out of reality. Nothing feels real and i feel like I’m going to faint

My left leg has been hurting for more than a week now, and whenever I walk. I don’t remember injuring it at all and there’s no bruising, just a sharp pain whenever I put weight on it.

Well, yesterday i was shivering with cold and some cramps in my lower tummy. Had a liitle fever as well. I took alerid cold. Fever was gone and was feeling okay. But cramps in tummy are still there and started loose motion today. Please let me know something good for cramps

I mistook azithromycin as anti allergic and took one 500mg tablet, should i complete the course of 3 days or its okay not to take any medicine furthur.

Today my friend woke up with a cold, but felt it was okay to come over. He was sneezing, coughing, and constantly wiping his nose with a tissue he held in his hand. After a few hours, I felt it was best he go home. I wiped down my surfaces, remotes, phone, ect. with disinfecting wipes. My concern is, he also used his hand to pet my cat through out the time he was here. He used the same hand to pet my cat that he also used to hold his tissue. Am I at risk of catching a cold if I also pet my cat?
