Hello sir, my hb level is 10.5 and doctor ask me that eat beetroot,green veg.,etc but there is no changes in my body , changes is temporary like 1 or 2 days , after 2 days pain is continues occurring in my leg and hand. So pls tell me what can i do? Doctor also give me medicine but end of this pain is continuously occurring.

I have a boil at the bottom of spine for past one week.it is approximately 3 inches away from anus.initially it was on both cheeks but now one has dried up.but the other is giving seething pain down the muscles internally.
