I have been bitten by a 45days old Labrador puppy. Now there is blood oozing out. Can rabies affect dogs of less than 6 months of age?

Dr sahib i have abnormal ECG since last 20 years and it come notice while getting routine health check up.My C T Angio absolutely normal.Lipid test Renal test all normal.No diabeties and no other health problem.Now i am 69 years old however when i go for health insurance companies decline insurance cover due to abnormal ECG.Can i some your expert advisr on this please
