Pulsing side pain

Asked for Female, 16 Years

I've been experiencing side pains on my left side under my ribcage for the past few days. The pain worsens when I'm laying down, and attempt to take deep breaths, cough, sneeze, ect. The pain is pulsing and at night I feel a slight hotter than normally during the day. When I take a deep breath my chest feels tight.
