I am suffering from daily - a tight band in head and pain in scalp . recently, i checked up and find that i have 5.89 ng/ml vitamin d and have a h-pylori bacteria infection. doctor suggest me to take amitriptyline 10 mg daily for tension headache. and triple therapy for gastrics as well as vitamin d supplement. my question is? is there mandatory to take amitriptyline 10 mg or simply vitamin d reduce daily headache.

Hello sir, My aunt (age 40 yrs) is facing a severe gastric trouble since past few months . She resides in a village far from city and hence she consultated a local doctor and was adviced to go for an ultrasonography of abdomen. It resulted as MARGINAL HEPATOMOLOGY WITH FATTY INFILTRATION and LIVER SIZE ENLARGED 15.9CMS. I would like to know the cause of this situation , seriousness of the condition and measures to be taken.
