Tension headache
I am suffering from daily - a tight band in head and pain in scalp . recently, i checked up and find that i have 5.89 ng/ml vitamin d and have a h-pylori bacteria infection. doctor suggest me to take amitriptyline 10 mg daily for tension headache. and triple therapy for gastrics as well as vitamin d supplement.
my question is?
is there mandatory to take amitriptyline 10 mg or simply vitamin d reduce daily headache.
